FICE is a training program that strengthens the strategic communication capacity and sustainability of grassroots organizations and social networks in Latin America, the Caribbean, and other parts of the world.

The FICE program helps organizations become more effective, inclusive, and sustainable through the use of unique strategic communication tools they can apply with their own resources and from their own identities..
